I emailed re my query and got told to report via the app = but when I go to do it I only get a blank screen which says waiting to sync - this stays like this for ages. Any ideas please?

Yesterday when I went shopping it showed an offer on Shopitize for McVitie's Jaffa cakes, I think it was 30p cashback. I was going in Asda and they were on offer so I purchased them in store and scanned the barcode in store to activate the offer, ready to redeem when I got home and it was showing at the top of my screen as ready to redeem. When I got home I went to redeem this offer and scan my receipt and as soon as I clicked the redeem button the offer disappeared. Did anyone else have problems with Jaffa Cakes? Jaffa cakes are actually showing on the latest email I have from them dated 7/2 and it was definitely on offer for several days as it was a new offer.

I had this last week with cakes in morrisons - I was able to click and answer the question and when I got home and went to redeem and scan the barcode it said not recognised. Apparently the offer had ended but it was still showing on my app and was there after as well.
