Blossom hill White Zinfandel 40p CB with quidco and now £1 CB with shopitize.

£4.50 in Asda so £3.10 a bottle, pity shopitize only for 2 days and I won't be shopping till Saturday. Great offer though

Quidco really are the pits these days used to be the best but no more.

Yet another declined transaction no reason why just item ineligible when it is the item in the picture and it is a correctly dated receipt from Sainsburys. They are probably getting it confused with the previous offer for the same item that ended on the 9th and new one started on the 10th. (Oral B toothpaste)

I had given them a wide berth because of a consent failure to actually pay up on their clicksnap offers but was growing in confidence recently that they had sorted this out but here we go again wasting my time and effort. Not had this problem elsewhere only with Quidco (who never actually paid me back the cashback they took without permission when automatically signing me up for their "premium" service.)

Also there seems no way of actually challenging this on their website the form goes nowhere if you can't select a transaction in their list. Finally got around this by cheating and hopefully it will get a response but once I get enough to get the money out that is it I will be closing my Quidcon account.
I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.

  • Just a quick heads up for 2 purchases made this week on Top Cashback.

Got 13% off and free delivery on 2 pairs of Clarks shoes. Tracked immediately so very happy with that.

Also used TC to purchase my car insurance from Hastings Direct (Defaqto 5*) which quoted within £10 of the cheapest on comparison websites. £25 cashback on that which tracked the following morning. It's also £55 cashback for their premier insurance which includes breakdown. (Quote for the premier was competitive as well)

I've had similar problems so When I get things declined now I message them via facebook with a photo of the offending receipt and I include the item in the photo as well.
Its most annoying when its a receipt with only a couple of items on.
Usually get a response within a day and the problem is sorted.
but its a lot of mother just for a few pence.
I only do clicksnap when its a normal item that I buy anyway so its been just bread or milk or similar recently.

I only do things I normally buy on any of them in this case it was Toothpaste.

It is very annoying they do not tell you why it gets rejected (the last one I had just said apples on the receipt and was probably not at the price point they were expecting. If that is the case tough it says buy this not buy this at this price.

Emily I have added you to the support request.

Anyone else having problems logging into their Quidco accounts? I've been getting an error message all week.

Can the Quidco rep shed some light on this? I wouldn't mind being able to log in so I can put my money into my bank account!
