Tinned pineapple questions and ideas

So tonight I fished out a couple of gammon steaks from the freezer and myself and OH had them fried in a honey/pineapple juice/paprika mixture with chips and peas (the kids had fish fingers). It was really nice, but now I have the majority of a tin of pineapple slices which I need to find a use for in the next few days... ideas please?!:p:o

pork kebabs - skewers with chunks of pepper, onion, mushroom, pork (of course), pineapple, garlic (if you like it roasted), place in a dish in the oven and roast - you can add seasoning if you want, but it's quite nice just drizzled with a drop of olive oil to keep it moist while cooking.
