Congratulations elle for successfully getting past the first few weeks, which are definitely the toughest in my experience. I have found it very helpful to regularly visit this thread when i am on the forum just to inject myself with a dose of encouragement from all the helpful an considerate posters because no matter how strong you are, you can still benefit from a little extra support- Every Little Helps!
