Keep up the good work everyone,i do pop in now and again to see how things are going.Funny really but when you've totally cracked it and stopped without any craving at all (and it does happen and when it does you will know straight away, its like a lightbulb being switched on) its something you hardly think about much so threads like this don't seem to be needed for ones self if you get what i mean. You'll understand in time;) its like re-visiting another life altogether.Saying that it is nice to see how you peeps are managing and in time you'll be able to pop back in now and again to give your support to new "stoppers" Keep it up guys:T0

Thanks
Its better today, not great though.
Had vodka last night to wash it out, now I have a hangover0 -
.....But have the OH with me this week. It seems much easier.
In fact, one of my work colleagues just took some fire from me when he suggested going for a smoke.
Apologies to TNG, I'm terrible for checking my PMs.
Anyways, I think I'm definitely looking very positive - not too many niggles here.
Keep it up folks

Well, where is everyone? Hope you all had good weekends?
I went to see Prince at The O2 on Friday, my god he was amazing! When we left The O2 and was coming out of the doors there must've been around 200 people all standing around the doorway smoking, and it stank!! As it's only about a 10 second walk from the station I was really pleased that I no longer smoke and could go jump straight on a train rather than mingle outside for a bit of nicotene before my journey!DFW Nerd no. 496 - Proud to be dealing with my debts!!0 -

weekend a bit carp, really
don't like Prince
Hope everyone's ok:dance:There's a real buzz about the neighbourhood :dance:0 -
Don't like Prince  he's...like...an icon!!!! Total genius!
Why was your w/end carp hunny?DFW Nerd no. 496 - Proud to be dealing with my debts!!0 -
was supposed to go to a friends b'day bbq, but with one thing and another (well, one thing only, if I'm honest) I couldn't go and feel bad, having said I'd go and not happy about my reasons for crying off.
Then had me folks round for dinner and I didn't do a particulalrly good job of it (I have high standards about my cooking!)
So I'm just a bit low today
And I really can't see what people see in Prince. Thousands of moist laydees can't be wrong, but I just don't see what they see in him. Sorry:dance:There's a real buzz about the neighbourhood :dance:0 -
Awww poor you. Well you didn't go for a reason and I'm sure that reason is valid, so don't worry about it too much. Plus I'm sure your folks loved your cooking, what did you make?
Prince is so talented and has written some of the most amazing music not just for himself but others and although I don't listen to him now like I used to, he's still got it - for me anyway
Just wait till I get back from seeing Queens of the Stone Age, I will talk the hind legs off a donkey about Josh Hommes talent/looks etc. etc. :rotfl:DFW Nerd no. 496 - Proud to be dealing with my debts!!0
