In what way confusing, Jo? I could try and clarify ....
TNG, think it was his style of writing. I understand Allen's method of returning to the state of a nonsmoker. But Casey seemed to contradict himself but then agree with Carr's principle. I just didn't get him as easy as I did Carr. The visualistation at the end ..just couldn't get there. I guess what works for some...
Still nothing working for me at the moment.:o

Horses for courses, I guess. Casey really crystalised everything for me and reinforced what Allen Carr said

I didn't 'just stop' as he claimed I would. I still had to set a date and the first two days were a bit uncomfortable, but if you can 'get' the visualisation and stuff, it makes it sooooo much easier.

Keep at it Jo - something will work for you

Bet you look good on it, though ;)

I think that you get back to your 'natural weight' when you stop. Sometimes people don't stop as they'll 'put on loads of weight', not realising that they probably lost a load when they started - cigarettes being an apetite suppressant and all that
