    Hi everyone,

What a depressing day! Snowing here and bitterly cold brrrrr!

Needed milk, drinks for DS1 to take to school, rolls, ham etc. etc. so decided to drive to T's instead of walk. Bad/good move depending on how you look at it. Dog food on offer plus I had a coupon, coffee on offer and I had a coupon, the list goes on.

Spent £39.56 from GC which included a roast chicken for Sunday, fish fillets plus mini sausages for t-i-h. Spent £27 odd from 2nd purse on dog food, coffee refills, and some pack up bits.

Need to update my totals, but still fairly confident for this month, fingers-crossed.

    Have a good day all.

We were blessed with 3 lovely warm days last week here. Even Mr F has said how pleased he was that I dragged him out to do the garden.

Spent £15 on Saturday in Mr M's so that takes us to £25.73 out of £160.

Bought a butternut squash, a swede, seafood sticks, mini pork pies and baby formula.

Didn't do a sunday roast yesterday as OH wasn't well so just had some bits that were in the freezer. Will be doing the roast tonight instead :)

Just quickly popping on to report a spend of £26.86 at Mr M today. The weekly shop is now mainly done, but there could be other things needed towards the end of the week.

Off to update my sig now.

Over budget on the main shop! Again! It's going to be tight for the last 2 weeks of the month. I must check the freezer and cupboards and get back on track.

And even worse - found full 2 litre tub of lovely L**l icecream left out of the chest freezer and Lord knows how long it was there. I think I was the guilty culprit when I hoked everything out of the freezer to get to chops at the bottom.

And my hens are off the laying. We were trying to keep a broody hen out of the henhouse last week and they are either laying elsewhere or have taken the hump at the hen house door shut all day! I must send DS on an egg hunt!
  • Okay, spending went a little out of kilter but still within budget at the moment but over 2 weeks to pay day.

2 non essential spends at Mr M totalling £12.38
Online delivery from S**** for £65.54 & it doesn't even fill my fridge.

Off now to total amount left to spend.
