Spark have a HUGE %tage of reviews on that site (the vast majority hugely negative) compared to their tiny user base, which suggests they are doing none too well on the CS front/any front?
Precisely!0 -
.If they do take over then it will have been done erroneously and Spark will have to transfer my supply back to FU at no cost to myself.
Based on the information you have previously posted, I think you are incorrect.
You would have needed to cancel the switch within the cooling off period - that is what the cooling off period allows for.
No supplier sets up a DD with your bank during the cooling off period ... because you may cancel the contract during that period.0 -

Well as I said earlier, I will be sure to report back as soon as I can as clearly you are fascinated in this topic and I will try not to disappoint you. Do check this space in 10 days time! .:rotfl:0 -
They don't reply to emails or answer phone! I switched to save 15% and then they told me the direct debits would be £65 a month more than my previous supplier - trying to cancel now and switch back.Having had a recommendation on here that Spark Energy would be my cheapest option to switch to, I tried to do so. They emailed me that I had not supplied meter details, even though they had previously confirmed all my details by email the week before. I rang them and was told they would look into it and ring me back the next day. They did not. The day after that I received a letter telling me that I had not supplied meter details! Today I tried for more than half an hour to get through to them on the phone. Eventually I did, only to be told that, as I had an independent gas supplier and Spark is only a small company, they could not supply me with both gas and electricity! What a waste of time!0
