Simply Switch not paying cashback
Comments

I've now done two dual fuel switches through these people and had to chase the cashback on both occasions. Got it both times. Their tactic is clearly to test your resolve and they have no intention of paying you unless you chase it. I hope they go out of business as they are not fit to be involved in the process.0

Most of the brokers have signed up to the Ofgem confidence code http://www.ofgem.gov.uk/ofgem-publications/74615/confidence-code.pdf
Of note, requirement 9 stipulates they must have a complaints handing process so first moan to simply switch using the contact email address.
If they don't respond within a week or so, email Ofgem Consumer Affairs and ask them to send the complaint for you (which will take the 2 weeks).0
