    It's the reason why politicians and journalists who do the "live on benefits for a week" don't get a real feel for what it's like. They still have the option to go back to their good life at the end of the week.

    Some have a choice, not everyone ill or disabled is on benefits, some opt to make changes. Others not, but don't lump all disabled the same, as there are too many variables.
