Sorry ETO can you please change my budget to £25 rather than £30 please as its all i have in my purse till i have to raid my savings, and im hoping not to even touch that money till next week. I paid off my Next account fully this month skinting myself for the last 2 weeks, Not the best plan but its 1 more creditor down!

I also have my son's 5th birthday this Thursday, all presents bought but just last little bits. Really hoping it can come out of the monthly huge shop budget from my husbands wages though lol :)

    Thank you :)

    Hi ETO,

Please could you add me in for my very first step?

I am pledging to spend no more than £48 this week. I have a nephew's birthday and it is half term, but I will still try to have at least 2 NSD's

    Thanks

Welcome along folam. Good luck with the challenge.

    Hi everyone.

Well declaring red for last week as spent £8 last night so it took me to £63.46 / £60  but I knew before I went to my parents I would go over.

Was going to spend today but think I'll hold off for now as I have more than enough stuff in the house. And what I do need can wait.

    Hope everyone's having a good Sunday. :D

  • Hi everyone!!

Havent been out today (been busying myself with housework) so NSD today! :)

Hoping to maintain the NSD status for as long as possible. I am planning on taking packed lunch to work and a bottle of water so there is no excuse!

I know that I need to save as much money as possible because we're going out on the town Saturday night (I count Saturdays because otherwise I spend loads!)

    Good luck everyone!

    xx

    Hi all!

I did my Tesco shop today - £5.11 because I had to buy Milton and they only had a big bottle at £2-something. No Tesco own brand and I didn't think of it when we were in the £ shops yesterday! I don't go through it quickly, just use it to disinfect the horse's feet (wet muddy conditions are great for bacteria).

I also treated myself, OH and Mum to McFlurries on a whim so that was £2.97.

    £8.08/£15

No plans now until Saturday when we go to see friends - the travel costs are budgeted for but I'll probably spend a little on a treat to take.
