It's now difficult to understand what you actually turned off, but
- Global Positioning System has nothing to do with mobile data,
- If you turn the data off, it has to remain off after switching the phone off and on again.

I have now received my new Huawei Ascend G300 phone, and using Ovivo Sim Card.
Very pelased with the new phone.
Can connect to Wifi, and make phonecalls/texts.
HOWEVER, for some reason I cannot use the internet - is this something in the settings? I ahve turned Data on etc, but it refuses to connect - can anyone help?0 -

Do not call abroad if you want heavy roaming charges. Get an international sim. Lebara Lyca are the best for international calls. Don't take your phone abroad either. Ace is brilliant starting android if you never used a smartphone before. Great deal to with Tesco.
