    Oooo my arteries!!

I had day off gym yesterday to treat myself on the old b'day. Went home and had a home cooked steak meal for tea. Then lounged around on a beanbag watching the new Rambo movie.....Clutching a bottle of champagne and a 450g chocolate football (2500cals/155g of fat!!) I'm proud to say that I didn't eat ALL the football!

Back on the wagon today...Gym in a couple of hours.

    Morning everyone!! :D

Oh man.. I'm dying.. my back is killing me.. must have been the pull down bar weight machine at the gym.. in fact, I think every weight machine I did yesterday was for your arms and back.. :o that'll teach me!

I might go out on the mountain bike again today, just for a short one, but generally having a rest day today.. :) My muscles are hurting..

Thinking of climbing Whernside mountain next, maybe in a couple of weeks, it an 11.5 mile round trek though, so quite a way, especially when I get blisters.. So, we are going to build up to it and do a long hike this weekend, probably 8.5 miles.. see how my feet go. It's not a mountain climb though, so it should be much easier than the 5 hr trek I did on Sunday :D

Hope everyone else has a good day!

Nice to see you back misspointy! ;) thought we had lost you! x

Still got half of it left (well just over half):p

It's not solid but it is quite big and thicker than your average chocolate. Damn it was ggod.

Anyway, time to hit the gym, celery and water!

Although saying that, one of the girls at work has just got back from France and bought me a nice French Bordeaux back for my birthday!!

    Life's not fair:(

Guys, what do you think about starting a new exercise thread? The first post on this thread is misleading because as far as I can see the OP hasn't contributed since August 2007 - almost a year. People are coming on here expecting professional advice and none of us are qualified, so what about an 'exercise moneysaving/chat' thread instead? Just a suggestion :)
