Hi guys, just been accepted with LF. :j
Quick question though, since its saying things like I'm self employed and a contractor, do I need to pay tax at the end of the year or anything like that? Sorry if its a stupid question!

Yes, you pay tax. You have to register for self assessment and all that malarkey https://www.gov.uk/business-tax/self-employed0

Thanks :money:
So just follow that link, hit Register for Self-Assessment?0 -
You might want to use the social chat rooms on LF to discuss it further, as you'll need help with certain questions that cannot be answered in a public forum0

Sure, I applied on Feb 22nd, had the 15 question exam then heard back from them last night that I was successful.
Have you applied?0 -
Pretty good this, I did it for 6 months. I was on the project that most people are on, which cannot be named. Now because I may be moving closer to work and my daily commute could be reduced by 2-2.5 hours, I may just rejoin and spend an hour a day on it for some beer money.
I still have my account and I got the option to apply for a different project to the one I was initially on. I'm curious what could it possibly be?0 -
how do people keep time when they rate on their mobile totally through the mobile rater hub - is it a question of downloading RaterAide for mobile? i guess this must be the only way0
