Tks alanq. I do value Ocado's service although I've had a few missing items of late. Refunds have been given immediately but this isn't ideal if the missing items were the ones you really wanted!0

I've had a few missing items of late.
By which I assume that you mean ordered and charged but not delivered. I had one such item last week. As in your case the money was promptly refunded when I claimed online. With ASDA I have had the opposite problem on a couple of occasions with additional items delivered that had not been ordered or charged.
One thing that I have noticed for Ocado is that Customer Service has an 0345 number whereas other grocery delivery supermarkets have 0800 numbers. 0345, unlike 0845, is not included my phone package so it could prove expensive if I ever had to call them.0 -
Yes, ordered and charged but not delivered.
Anyway, I emailed Ocado yesterday evening to cancel the Smart Pass - just an automated response so far but it would take a super duper offer to make me change my mind. It is really handy to be able to order all the bulky & heavy stuff for delivery so easily but I'll look out for free delivery slots once my pass has expired or use the free Waitrose Deliver for the occasional big shop of non perishables. I prefer to buy fresh stuff as and when we need it anyway and I don't want to be tied in to another 12 month contract.0 -

03 numbers are more likely to be included in people's phone packages as they are considered the same as 01 and 02 numbers. Therefore for most people if you are calling from a mobile an 03 number is better than an 0800 number.0 -

Not all 03xx numbers are the same as 01 and 02.

All 03 numbers are non-geographic. No area has an 03 code.
Ofcom state that they cannot be charged more than 01 or 02 http://ask.ofcom.org.uk/help/telephone/03number0 -

That's true. I think that the full stop in the quote that I posted was all important.
0345 calls are in BT's charge group g21.
Plusnet (my telephone service provider) says calls to 03 are included but lists g21 under Specialised Number Call Tariff not under Non-Geographic numbers with different charges. Hence my confusion.0 -
Would anyone be happy to share info on current Ocado smart pass offers? We've been with Ocado for four or five years and gradually seen price rises on the pass but have negotiated the price down. Just coming out of a fifteen month deal of three months free followed by 12 months at 6.99. Have received an email saying monthly price will rise to 9.99 a month (apparently a discount of one pound a month off the usual price). I really don't want to pay this much so wondered what others have been offered recently.
Many thanks
My free trial pass is about to end.
My offers for 12 months, 6 months, monthly passes are:
Anytime: [STRIKE]£109.99[/STRIKE]£74.99/£49.99/, [STRIKE]£10.99[/STRIKE]£6.99 (min 12 months) resp.
Midweek: £69.99/[STRIKE]£34.99[/STRIKE]£24.99/[STRIKE]£6.99[/STRIKE]£4.99 (min 6 months) resp.0 -
My Smart Pass is due to end on 22nd June 2014.
I have paid £14.99 for six months worth of midweek shops for the past twelve months, but they now want to increase it to £24.99 for six months.
I rang them to ask if they would match the price I have paid previously, and they wouldn't, so I am not renewing.0
