Other than the organic veg boxes (which are great, several ppl on the organic thread like them) there are only a few Daylesford items in the Smart Pass aka Savings Pass section and a couple of organic Twinings teas too, granted.

But the rest of Ocado is awash with real food.. Ocado and Waitrose own brand organic plus the organic variants from Heinz, Weetabix and Taylors of Harrogate. Daylesford and Brindisa have their own sections. There's Gail's Bread, organic brands like Pegoty Hedge, Laverstoke Park Farm, Biona, Suma.. loads of stuff and you can do product requests.

Fire Fox you should come say hi on the organic thread it's all about good food be it what's organic/additive free on offer at Lidl, discussions on palm oil, reviews of stuff we've tried, organic food found at Home Bargains, links to organic farms and farm shops, organic chocolate from Rococo - all sorts whatever your budget.

My comments were only on the savings card, can't fault Ocado for the rest. The Natoora stuff looks amazing :T I can't get much interesting produce in this food desert not even blood oranges let alone edamame! Also impressed with their prices on some of the free range and organic mince too, it's lean yet a similar price to the lower welfare main supermarket offerings. Am definitely going to order, thanks to you.

    Sorry off topic. :o

I got an email about this, my membership is due to renew on the 24th of this month for 12 months.
Nowhere on the email or on my smart pass web page on the Ocado website does it state how much I am gonna pay for this, it just states that I am on an anytime quarterly membership.
I have sent them an email enquiring about the fees.
On 24th november 2012 my membership was due to renew but one month before that I got an email telling me that my membership was going up from 6.99 to 10.99.
I did email them to tell them about my discontent and they eventually offered me 3 months free delivery plus, starting on 24 feb, 12 months at 6.99.
But now I don't know what has happened to that previous offer.
How would I know if I want to carry on with the membership or not if I don't know how much I will have to pay for the new pass.
I am fed up to have to contact them all the time about the changes they want to implement on the fee of my membership, it's getting tiring. It looks like some people are paying more than others, not on the basis of their choice of slots but more it seems about whether they will bother to contact Ocado and argue their case.
After all, Ocado has free delivery slots if you are not a member and waitrose is offering free delivery for orders over £50.

The pass pricing does seem to resemble that on mobile phone contracts doesn't it..

I still don't have an answer from Ocado, if they don't send me back an email, I will call them to cancel my membership.
I do like Ocado and their products, but I am not paying over the odds for delivery.
Another thing I did notice, why am I on anytime when I got my deliveries on thursdays?
    Nice try Ocado....maybe another time....

I've just noticed a free trial in mine: six month anytime or three months midweek. Not sure if that was there the other day or not, I can't honestly say I am the most observant! I did mess about with my favourites the other day tho.

    2.99 monthly

Well, you are lucky you have been offered a choice.
They put me straight away with the most expensive option it seems.
Still no answer to my email, time for me to cancel my membership.

I had a phone call this afternoon from Ocado and was told I would pay 6.99 starting 24 feb, the same as I was told last time I contacted them.
I did tell them to tell people what they will pay after they are moved to the smart pass, or they will have to answer a lot of emails and phone calls enquiring about it.
I don't know why they don't tell people when they send them the email telling them that they have been moved to the smart pass, it would really be easier on them.
At the end he told me he will move me to the midweek smartpass, with a further 3 months free delivery starting on the 24th feb.
    Not a bad result..........
