Smart parking/town and city parking ticket

You are amazing! I used the form letter provided in this forum to appeal the Smart Parking PCN and they just sent this jewel :j:

"Dear Miss M xxx xxxx

Parking Charge Notice Number : TExxxxxxx

Thank you for your recent communication.

I have noted the points you raised and would like to confirm that we are cancelling the Parking Charge Notice.

I never knew there was someone called Smart Parking Ltd :rotfl:

I had parked at Sainsbury's MK and had overstayed by an hour and a half. I did also attach my shopping receipt for the day.

You are lucky because you may have been using out of date information. This thread was started in 2013 about disabled parking in Scotland.
