  • I still have no water so I still can't do any cleaning. Dishes still need washing from Sunday and the bathroom sink is covered in toothpaste. I had to go to my brothers to have a shower so at least I'm clean even if the flat isn't. I also got an old pop bottle filled with water so I can have a cup of tea in the morning.

I've been out babysitting. The DS1 babysat for mine as DH is away.
    They cooked more pancakes.
They left the frying pan on the induction hob.
I smelt it burning as soon as I came in.
My frying pan is cremated and has melted onto the hob. How on earth do I clean it off?
I'm so relieved the house hasn't gone up in flames but furious with them.

Skint.. gripe water isn't recommended under 1 month.. but infacol is ok from birth and heck of a lot better than gripe mixture.

True - but gripe water lost it's appeal when the yorkie kids were little when a mate who is a doctor told me that they'd taken all the alcohol out of it! Apparently when it didn't settle screaming babies tums mums used to drink it so that they didn't care if little one was screaming....:D:D:eek:

Went to dentists this morning. Thankfully this appt went without a hitch! Decluttered £200+, but have a shiny new crown and (fingers crossed) a check up booked for August!

DD2 is working as a relief MSA at school this week ( a colleague has broken her foot!) - it is a steep learning curve, but bless her she is doing VERY well!

Pigpen, the Gripe water was for me, tongue in cheek, as I was griping and moaning too much:o:rotfl: Skint Baby Holly has been on the Infacol as all of mine were as soon as they get home from hospital.

Skint Baby has had her saline nose drops tonight and is breathing a lot easier now:j, so she is not swallowing so much air pulling herself off every couple of seconds, so now she is down for a sleep just time to catch up with Fred then get some much needed shut eye for me:D
