I ordered an item from everything5pounds and received an email to say it had been despatched on 11th January and I was given a Royal Mail tracker number. The item didn't arrive so I rang everything5pounds. I was told I hd to wait 7 days (even though Royal Mail said delivery would be within 3 days). Guess what? 25 minutes after I made the enquiry; everything5pounds sent me an email to say my order had been cancelled and I would get a refund. How can be it cancelled mid way in transit?? Don't touch this company - it sounds too good to be true and is; the customer service was poor also0

I have bought from here about 4 times now with no problems in delivery but my daughters dress came with the seam all coming undone sent back for a refund which took about 14 days but other than that all the shoes (about 7 pairs) Ive ordered have been brilliant quality. Never had next day delivery with them though usually about a week it takes to come, Even if it does say that on their website.Need to get rid of my Yankee Candle Habit, Not very money saving of me0

But if they state Fiver London Limited on their site so trading as then under the Companies Act 2006 and The Companies (Trading Disclosures) Regulations 2008 they must state their reg number in this format
COMPANY LIMITED is registered in (England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland) Reg. No. ***********
and the address MUST display the register address that companies house have
this is a LEGAL requirement. i have 3 ltd companies so do know what i am talking about0 -
After seeing this site posted on the Grab it board last week I made an order.
All three items arrived damaged due to being sent with no packing and two were not what I ordered. No response to two emails sent earlier this week via the form on their website and no answer when I called the phone number. Guess I'll give them a couple of days and contact my bank.
Others who have ordered in the recent thread have received items with no problem, I guess it 'works' until something goes wrong.
*Update*
Had an email back from them, took about four days to reply. They are sending me a returns label. Then had another email two days later replying to my second email sent a day after the firstAnyway, refund permitting all is well that ends well.

Having read all this thread I am going back to my favourite shops / charity shops they just don't often have size 8 shoes for women. I am going to saw my toes off. I did consider order in from them but I rather my money went to sue Ryder or our local cancer shop. Thanks to all the comments, has helped a lot making my mind up 0
