No l couldn't watch it either, what is wrong with people? My nephews were a very similar age to James bulger when he was murdered, l just can't bear to think of such evil.

We had DS later in life so we'd rather do things as a family.

    Happy moneysaving all.
  • Watched 30 secs and felt sick & very upset! If that was my baby, the woman would wish I'd just released the video, because i'd have been giving her my own punishment!!!

  • What a horrible horrible woman - you can tell she beat up that baby all the time from the casual way she just kept on whacking him. She deserves to be severely punished.

This made me feel physically sick.

My son is just a month younger than this, and I will admit there are times when I could have lost it - I have been so sleep deprived and stir crazy and he's screamed and screamed and screamed - but when I've been at breaking point I've put him somewhere safe - cot, bouncer, whatever - and I've gone and stood in another room for 5 minutes, or splashed cold water on my face, or ran up and down the stairs a few times - just to let off steam, calm down, and go back and calmly deal with him.

As for the people saying babies don't remember...my baby knows what a yoghurt is as he gets all excited when he sees the pot ...he knows if I pick his little comforter up in front of my face we are going to play peek a boo....he knows that when the pushchair comes out, we are going for a walk and gets excited......so I would think if he can remember those things, then he would remember someone who hurt him. He may not be able to verbalise it but he would know.

    This woman is disgusting.
  • I am a single mother, when it came to returning to work, I held off until my daughter was 18 months. I decided this was a good age that she would appreciate socialisation and in turn be able to tell me if there was a problem...which unfortunately there was. An OFSTED enquiry led to the nursery being under investigation. I moved her to another nursery, which was fantastic and today she still has many happy memories.

As another poster above said, I don't leave my daughter with babysitters. I only leave her with my parents. I couldn't stand anything happening to her.

Started to watch but got 5 seconds in and was already feeling upset knowing what was coming.

I have been on my own with my daughter since she was 4 months old and she is now 3.5yrs. I went back to work when she was 2 but before even looking for work, I made 7 visits to the nursery I wanted for. Up until staring there she had only ever spent an hour or so every few weeks being looked after by my mum's while I sorted my divorce, had doctors appointments etc. Even now, other than while I work, I have only left her 4 times since her birth and then it was only for a couple of hours and only with my mum.

I would never smack my daughter for being naughty as I don't agree with it so can't stand the thought of someone else hitting her.

Makes you want to hug your own children and tell them how much you love them.

why has this been put on here anyway? I have no intention of watching it and am surprised that anyone would, knowing the content. We all know that this sort of thing is not as uncommon as we would hope - we don't need to watch to feel disgusted

If the parents suspected this was going on why the hell did they allow her to have access to the children again?? Are they slightly depraved??

The older children had obviously told them something was going on so why did they subject their baby to this again???

Maybe the parents need a police telling off too!

I get your point, and i thought that after watching it, why post something like that to upset everyone,

But, if I hadn't had a look it wouldn't have had such an effect on me to remember my whole life how horrible people can be and not to easily trust others with my children!

Also when reading Russian nanny I expected a young Russian girl babysitting over here. Some cold hearted selfish young thing only after money, I was surprised to see an older 'grandmother' like lady, who you would expect looked after children for the love & company.
But looks are deceiving, and this is a good warning to us all!
