Well I am a limp rag probably because my paternal parent peed me off so much yesterday that I *needed* Game of Thrones and copious Cotes de Gascogne.

I have to do interview prep now.

    Righto. Up and at 'em.

    Found house of dreams #3.

It has 40 acres. It makes £4400 per year from solar cells and single CAP farm payments so only another £35600 salary to replace.

Could I farm tourists? Retrain as a driving instructor?

Ballet, ponyplops, gardening, house sorting today.

A great property, a great opportunity! You could coppice for firewood and fencing (there was a fencing shortage 2 years ago!), you could grow saffron crocuses (more expensive than gold, weight for weight), you could set up a country walk that people would pay to come on, you could start up a pick your own ... (trying to think of stuff where there isn't much work after you get it set up!).

:) And I love the sound of your day, its brill :)
