Lydia you were there. Thats what he said verbatim. 16 yo.

I can think of a few things I would like to hang from a clamp stand.
  • Hmm. Apparently Lennie in Of Mice and Men (published 1931) put his coat over his shoulders like a cape because he was pretending to be Batman.
Paid off mortgage nine years early in 2013. Now picking and choosing our work to fit in with the rest of our lives!
Still thrifty though, after all these years:D

1931 is only 8 years too early for Batman... ;)
Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)
Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.

Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

Is it wrong that I just want to sleep at 8.15?
