I had a good productive (!) chat with the Estate Agent who thinks the tenants request to make a decision in summer is to my benefit - we can move to a periodic tenancy from April and then if they decide to buy, aces. If not I can either re-rent to them or if they decide to move, just sell it then.
Good to have the choice compared to where I was in November when it really felt all doom and gloom- Mortgage @ March 2008: £194,965 ; Lightbulb Moment: July 2011: £164,926; End Date: March 2033

Good news!
Have to say I feel like spring has sprung. Or at least is considering a little bounce!

I am guessing it's mild out... although the heating keeps coming on even when I turn it down so I guess it's not. Right finances done... well personal ones anyway - business can wait until Tuesday!

love the sofa cover, how quirky!
no experience of the klippan, but when we were living in the outlaws attic we bought a £80 klobo 2 seater which is still going strong nearly 7 years later with lots of light frequent use. It is now in the bay window of our dining room, and is amazingly comfy for a put-it-together yourself sofa!know thyselfNid wy'n gofyn bywyd moethus...0 -

Oh he gave up. He doesn't have a thing at the moment except being a prematurely old man, saying things like
"Shall I do the honours?".

Firstly Happy 2015 - be it somewhat late.
I am really sorry for all the trials you went through before Christmas, but well done you for applying for that job and getting the interview - must have given you a real boost.
Love the Horse Hotel idea and decluttering ready to sell is as good as motivation as any.
I think we would need to start to declutter now to move in 3 years time lol - think we better get a move on.
Hoping you get everything you wish for in the coming year!
