    Happy New Year Al! :)

I have been studiously avoiding the dentist for years. Never had a filling, but still silly to avoid.

Good news about the valuation :T

    Thank you.

Many a slip and all that. The people offering has nothing to sell but "need to get the money together"??

    £87 Farrier.

Decluttering wise a mammoth effort (woolly and unwieldy) before the est. Agent came has us revelling in a tidy house for once. Lovely.
  • So there is still a hope for the horse hotel if they don't have the money? You never know. And either way you have a clearer view of where you are now and the other benefit of having tidied up! Have a good last weekend of freedom,

Thanks Squirrel. Going to look at another place today.

So we have decided we will move for land plus some potential for generating income.

The one today has barns that could be converted.

You just never know about horse hotel. It has been on the market over a year.

So exciting reading the move plans :)
Horse hotel may yet come off, sounds offer was a bit pie in the sky, then again, you may find something better.
Have never really regretted moving to something with land even though it has been a lot of hard work along the way.
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!
