Sounds very exciting, I still look at Rightmove and we have been living in this house for 28 months and don't plan to move for a while, I tell myself I'm just looking for decorating ideas and to see if the house price are going up in the area

Well this was last year.
No kids in the house other than our own. Another lovely trip out with ponyplops. I drove past her field this morning where she was busy eating the muckheap. I wound down my window and said "Stop eating dirty straw you plank" and she did!!
I guess the mortgage is lower, our pay and expenses are the same although we have saved loads shopping at L$dl.
Reading MMM has made me rethink some things.
