I've given up school night alcohol, so allowed Friday and Saturday only and then restrict to fit into calories, tbh was quite hard at first as it was a habit we had fallen into. Im no longer bothered but do look forward to Friday evening. Re alcohol. I think for me if I stopped drinking completely, I wouldnt be able to sustain. Im become very into "everything in moderation" and "nothing is banned" mode of thinking.
