    V impressed 're alcohol, a step too far for me... nipped to gym though so learnt some of it back. I can handle the none in the week but not really enjoy a couple of glasses when no work in morning.

    Low cal fruit or veg smoothies could be the way to go A - you still get a drink if that's what you fancy but no alcohol and less calories. My fave is juiced up melon with a bit of low fat yoghurt to make it creamy ish! X
