Day 15 of no alcohol. Hump day!
  • Like they say in A A, just take one day at a time. Not suggesting you are an alcoholic of course......

There is a lot to be said for the AA. I definitely agree with them about the first drink being the problem. Though actually it is not too much of a struggle and I am glad we are doing it.

Hope your dd is ok now, I had that with ds2 when he was tiny it was very scary. I'm sure the pollen doesn't help at the moment.

It is scarey. I always think of Charlote Coleman who died of an asthma attack.

She has steroids to take. She was blithely falling off ponyplops this morning.

Oh no ... and on Father's day too, hope she's alright (and you too of course).

Well done on the no alcohol progress, do you feel better in yourself for it, do you think?

Re: Ponyplops bath ... hose or bathroom

Hope next week's OK for you x

Ponyplops front garden, bucket and sponge! I feel...smoother...highs are less high, lows are less low?

No less tired, less grumpy, less stressed.
