My fitness pal. It's a free app that calorie counts but also has a huge community and forums on all things fitness. Like facebook in the way that you can have friends and can see their status. I particularly love the freaky face changes and other before / after photo threads. Definitely worth a look if your trying to lose weight, get fit, maintain, bulk, eat well or meet a partner......

empathy with friend. Sorry. Its the sort of thing that happens to me due to disorganisation of own diary. At least I admit it ....
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

I need to lose 26 lb. I am back on MFP. I am going to pm HDK some questions, though I looked at her food diary and I quaked in my extra wide boots...not sure I can be that virtuous.

Friend has just started a new job, DHs friend really. Would probably have called him to say sorry if I was her.

£176 hotel bill...but that will do for our summer holiday. Met with old schoolfriend and his family for brilliant MSE child friendly morning at Mini Meadows Farm in Northamptonshire. Super place £5 entry for me and three smalls. Friends provided super packed lunch.

I was worried that their donkeys needed their hooves trimmed though ( the farms not the friends).

    £81 diesel.

Yes feel free to pm any questions. Currently sat eating a licorice flyer so not that virtuous I'm afraid. Plus my Fri and sat evening consumption is definitely dodgy....

Im completely addicted.... If you join and want friends then pm me your user name (or i'll send you mine). Finding it almost like a guaranteed weight loss (or as close as can be) as its simple math, calories in, calories out, simples. If i want naughties, then I go to the gym and earn them rather than syns. Rather than the ~SW route where every week is praying for a decent loss. i appreciate at some point i may have to literally eat my words but im 39lb down since NY which has to say something. Even if I lost no more (of this I have no intention) I still feel like Ive achieved my intial goal for the year.

Ps just been to the gym so licorice sticks officially earnt!

Food costs do seem to have spiralled.

Worst timetable day today and drowning in work.
