    ^ agressive tone much?
How does this match your "bio" exactly?:

  • I have been trying to complain to Olive for more than 4 weeks, yet no-one there seems able to tell me how! I have asked for complaints handling procedure, but this has fallen on deaf ears. Basically my contract shows an end date, which Olive say is 10 months after that date, because whilst the date of signature it written in the Uk format, because I want to leave, they say the end date of the contract is written in the US format - sound odd to you? Yep, me too. The only reason I am leaving is because their customer service/care is rubbish, and 4 weeks on, I still can't get a straight answer to a straight question! Vodafone were great, but Olive trading as Vodafone Partnering Services are just rubbish!! Sorry Vodafone, I've gone to 02 - you really need to check who you partner with

Missajp1308 by all means call in to Olive and discuss this with me I am the Chief Operating Officer and to be very clear what you have been charged would have been clearly evident in our terms and conditions of Business prior to the contract commencing. I would also ask that with regard to why we are now called "Olive" you fully understand the facts. The company Wish Communications was in fact Acquired by Olive Communications in Sept 2013 and ALL customer were written to informing them of this.

If you are posting on here as a company representative I would suggest you read http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=781221

I would also suggest, if you really are associated with the company, you do a search for how many people have been stitched up by Wish and hang your head in shame.

Don't buy phone contracts over the phone from company's such as "wish".

Most of it isn't misselling just simple miscommunication between both parties.

Is that a euphenism for telling outright lies?

Stuff like signal not working isn't lieing as it's impossible to tell that before it's sold.

However you do get 14 days to return over the phone so should off been done straight away
  • Seems like MH2201 now Chief Operating Officer for Olive isn't in the real world. £250 per Line disconnection charges plus trying to bill you for items that aren't in the contract I.e. Repayment of kit credit etc. they use bully boy tactics but I heard they were taken to the cleaners by a Manchester Scaffold firm but not sure who they were to congratulate them :T

    Beware!
