ESA Email address?

Phoebe-
I have sent two letters to ESA and they haven't replied to either of them, and now I haven't been paid since December.
Does anyone have an email address for them so I can try and chase this up as I honestly can't afford the phone calls!
Thank you

Are you in the assessment phase or the main phase and if the latter what group did they put you in?
If the former, then you may need to get a new fit note from your GP backdated to before last payment date. If the latter and you were on Contributions type in the WRAG then it may have stopped becaue you reached 365 days of benefit. Until some more details are known, I don't think anyone can advise further.0 -
It's a bit confusing the stage I am in atm as it's technically none of those. I don't need any advise as such, just an email address as I'm unable to get out to post another letter to them atm0

The only email address you can use is the JCP contact us one, it will go to a central point for all emails received from the public. It will take weeks to get through to someone who can assist you, if it ever does. You can ring them about your claim from a phone in the Jobcentre (I think they still have these)."You've been reading SOS when it's just your clock reading 5:05 "0

you can use the phones in the JC+ to speak to the correct people if its about benefit payments,if its a matter purely for ATOS i think they have a freephone number but i dont have it to hand0

As said,
You can phone for free from a JC, it is the only method of communication that will work, letters & emails will NOT work.
If you lay out exactly where you are on your ESA claim, people here will point you to what could be the problem, helping you deal with it quicker.0 -
I have used the JCP email (with the correct department details listed in the subject bar) with relatively quick success. I would not use it for an emergent/urgent situation though as the phone is quicker.

I was search for email to for them to ask info, but guess if they do not reply your letters they would not email either. all these places are the same.0

I would strongly advise against sending information for ESA to the e-mail address given. ESA is not set up to handle this type of communication and the probability is that it will get lost in the system.
You can now use an 0345 number instead of 0845 which might be cheaper. 0345 6088545 is the Contact Centre number. The call shouldn't be long as they will arrange a callback. If you do arrange a callback it will be made within 3 hours but do please ensure your phone is on and you do answer the call. It may show as an 0800 or 0845 number.0
