This appears to be a very delicate situation. I am not asking to know what you mean by messy situation. To have an injunction granted she would need to provide solid reasons why it is needed. With the status quo at the moment you only have access to your son via a contact centre.
You need the advice of a solicitor, even if you only start off with the free half an hour many can give. This would give you a chance to see if you qualify for legal aid. Handle this situation as carefully as you can. Having the property repossessed could leave you in a vulnerable financial situation for years to come. The fact that your ex and your son would lose the property they are in and have shared with you could also jepoardise how amicable she is willing to be over future access. The best day of your life is the one on which you decide your life is your own, no apologies or excuses. No one to lean on, rely on or blame. The gift is yours - it is an amazing journey - and you alone are responsible for the quality of it. This is the day your life really begins.0
