Hoover your stairs?- I sweep them more often than hoover, again when I can see dust!
Clean your windows?- rarely in winter up here as weather makes it pointless, and DH does it in better weather. I do give the insides a wipe over every so often!
Clean your skirting boards?- Not that often, more in the bathrooms and kitchen and less in other areas.
Clean under big appliances/furniture?- Sofas, beds etc once a month, table etc every couple of days, a lot of other things are too heavy to move!
Clean your oven?- Used to do it loads, again back problems make it harder.....DH did it a few weeks ago and the grill done more often. We use trays a lot so any drips end up on trays and not oven bottom!
These are the big tasks that never seem to get done in my house, I try to do the beds every week but when my wash basket is overflowing I try to clear the backlog first so it is sometimes 2-3 weeks! I hate hoovering the stairs and cleaning the oven the most!

Living in rented accomodation,I have use of the communal washing-machine once a week.My bed is aired all day when I'm at work,so am happy with what I do.0 -
Change your bedding? I aim for pillowcases and sheets weekly, Duvet cover fortnightly (Mainly a drying space issue rather than any real reason for it)
Hoover your stairs? No stairs in this house but will have some in a few weeks and plan to do twice a week - I hoover daily anyway because I have a crawling baby on the loose who likes to present me with things that have been left on the floor!
Clean your windows? Monthly when it's not the depths of winter (it's in my rental contract). Insides tend get done all year though
Clean your skirting boards? I run the hoover or mop round them at least every other time I hoover and every time I mop. They get scrubbed maybe twice a year
Clean under big appliances/furniture? Under appliances - hasn't been done in the last 6 months, I hate to think what's lurking. Under furniture, at least weekly (I have light, easy to move furniture)
Clean your oven? As needed (it currently needs doing *groan*) or when suggested by the flylady thread!0 -

Change Your Bedding- Once a fortnight
Hoover your stairs- weekly
Clean your windows- depends, glass doors between rooms weekly, kitchen window once a month, the rest if I notice they are dirty, more in the summer not so much in the winter
Clean your skirting boards- hangs head in shame, normally when I redecorate or if I notice a mark:o
Clean under big furniture- every 6 months, but I do vac under the table weekly
Clean your oven- perhaps 4 times a year or if I have a spillage, the grill is cleaned every week though
Beedeedee I agree and I too concentrate on the areas I feel are important, my house always looks clean and tidy with a good clean once a week but kitchen tops and washing get done every day, plus I have a good tidy round every day making beds, washing pots, wiping bathrooms and bleaching toilets. I too always have a houseful with mine and everyone else's kids and grandchildren. Must be doing something right:)Started Self Managed DMP 10th May 2017.

Change your bedding? At work it gets done once a fortnight, at home it gets done when it needs it.
Hoover your stairs? Sweep my stairs every few days. Don't actually own a hoover yet!
Clean your windows? Upstairs windows are self cleaning as they are unreachable, downstairs get done when I can't see out of them anymore.
Clean your skirting boards? When they look like they need it.
Clean under big appliances/furniture? I try for at least once a month under the furniture.
Clean your oven? Haven't cleaned it properly yet apart from dusting out crumbs.
I just moved into my house in November and I work away for four weeks at a time so it hasn't had time to get manky yet!0
