    Today I have made a Mother's Day card. :)
And another draught excluder. :o should have done all these draught excluders when it was colder weather really. Spring is almost upon us... :)
Need to look at making more greetings cards-whilst I have all the stuff out. :)

  • You're really creative, tc. Wish I was good at things like that. I keep promising to learn to knit, but it's not happening at this rate. Still, I'm keeping myself busy enough doing other things, so perhaps now just isn't the right time...

It's only because I got my backside to bed at a reasonable hour-for a change. :)
Tilly seems bright and perky every morning-I would love to be like that. :D

    Been to town and got:
    18 chicken breast fillets for£20
4lb of lean minced beef for £12
    2lb bream for £5
Broccoli, savoy, spring onions, bananas, mushrooms for £1 a bowl -£5 for the lot.
Went to rag market where I succumbed to buying some fabric. :o
    3metres for a fiver :)
Then to l!dl and spent just over £8 including some berry teabags to try.
We got to Birmingham by about 7 and nothing was open! So we wandered round until we found a cafe to have breakfast. Then we found out market doesn't open til 9.
So we then found another cafe to have a coffee, then we wandered round rather aimlessly-walking off breakfast.
Thankfully the fruit and veg market was actually serving before 9.
Anyway. For a Saturday morning-for me, we've achieved loads! :rotfl:
We came out of l!dl and there was an abandoned trolley. So I put it away and gained £1 :D

    Thank you DDFW. :)
Got to get through some paperwork today.
I am also hoping to get some listings sorted on the bay-it would be a shame to waste free listings!
I also need to sort out my seeds and get some planted.
A friend would like to get together later so I need to try and get everything done. :D
