    I didn't get floors mopped :o
Table does still need clearing :o

But I have made chocolate cake. :D 4 chocolate sponge cakes-just need filling and sandwiching together to make 2 cakes. :)
I also cooked minced beef, onion, carrot, leeks, mushrooms and it has made enough to do us about 5 meals. So it's divided into 5 plastic containers and waiting to go into freezer. :)
Tonight I might make some biscuits and Blanche some veg to freeze and chop and freeze mushrooms. :)

    How was your day peaceandfreedom?

Wow, I like the sound of all your food prep. :T

I had a good day, I've done a list on my diary. I got most of the things done I needed to except I ran out of paint so didn't get the painting finished. It also turned really chilly in the afternoon which I didn't appreciate.

Yummm, chocolate cake, save some for us. :D

Well done for your achievements today.
Of course I'll share my chocolate cake. :)

    Good morning world! :)
Was in bed at 10.10pm :) so I was awake before my alarm and in the bath by 7.20 am. :)
I have a cup of coffee and I should be almost human in about 10 minutes. :D
    Itinerary for today is:
    Drs
Packing and posting sale on the bay
Did not get veg blanched so will do that this morning (I got chatting on the phone to my mum instead. :D).
Must, must, must do photos and listings-as many as possible.
I think that's enough to be going on with.

    Been to docs. :)
Blanched and frozen all the veg-freezer full to bursting now, but at least I know it will all get used and nothing will go to waste.
I even chopped and froze the mushrooms. :)
Just rewarded myself with chocolate cake and a cuppa. :D

    Just got to :
sort out sale -pack and post.
    Sort out photos and listings
    Pack!
Wonderful Mr tc is whisking me off for a couple of days-he booked it this morning and told me...about half an hour ago! :D

Thanks Ellidee. I am so excited! We don't often get away (unless we are visiting relatives.) so this is indeed a rare treat!
We could both do with a break to be honest. :)
