Right! been number crunching. So far I have managed another £50 overpayment. :T Just got to come up with the extra £20 so that it will reduce term by a month-a whole month!!! :j :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I bought a book about 7 years ago-pay off your mortgage in two years. Watched the series too. We didn't even have a mortgage at that time. :rotfl:
I read the book and popped it in a cupboard and forgot about it.
I dug it out last night. Started reading it again...overslept today. :o
    oops...very interesting book. :)

Just catching up - I've got this book somewhere too, will have to dig it out. I loved the series!

ALso, I do non paying bidders on about day 5. The earliest you can do it is day 4.

Hi jwil. Good to 'see you'! Hope you, Mr jwil and baby jwil are all well. :)
Yes I loved the series too. It's a shame that they don't tell you in the book who was successful or not-they only go through to the end of the first year and my memory is not that great so I can't remember who achieved what. :o still a motivating book though!
I did the non paying bidders and they stilll didn't pay but I least I got my FVFs back. :)
It's a lovely sunny day up here so I'm going to sort out my stuff I sold and get it packed up and in the post. :j
Can't believe I'm so lively-I only went to bed at 3am!!
I'll be back to update figures later!!

    Debt-free and Proud!
A month off the mortgage, well done you!!

Having a mixed time with EBay at the moment..

    - have bought a few bits (all needed and real bargains like new smart shoes for evening work events but even so I try to only sell and never buy iykwim so slipping there!)
    - listed 8 items but no views or watchers. Closes in day or so:(
    - 3 things with watchers but no bids :(
    - 1 item with healthy bid and watchers :)

We have done well during the last month but I would like these 8 items to go...its getting stuff out of the house as well that drives me on if I am honest.

Have also made an £200 OP towards the mortgage..know its mad when I have debts but it makes me feel better so I have let my heart rule my head:D

Yes, I'm trying to sell more than buy-only had 2 slips and not spent many £s

I know what you mean-I'm desperately trying to empty our house of [STRIKE]clutter[/STRIKE] bargainous things for people to buy!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Well done on the mortgage overpayment! That's brilliant!! :j:j:j
Sometimes it makes you feel better to pay something off a bigger bill than the highest % rate bill. Luckily none of my debt charges interest-thank goodness - apart from the mortgage.
Got some more listing and some relists done yesterday whilst it was free listing! Let's hope we both make some sales and get rid of some more 'items'!
Right, Better pack my ebay sales

    Catch you later!
