Just catching up again tatty, your really piling the money into the mortgage ... Well done :)

I would agree with the having savings sentiment I try and have a wee bit for emergencies, it kinda fluctuates from time to time, I'm also relived that atleast if worst comes to worst I could also claw back some from the mortgage, hoping that never happens though

I watched that cleaning programme too.

I'd love to get into helping people to declutter. I did a friend's flat once. It made him so unhappy that he had rented somewhere else to stay, rather than go back to it, when it had once been his pride and joy. The sort out made such a difference to him that it was one of the most fulfilling jobs I have done.

    That's brilliant cat :j
I'm great at helping other people sort out their stuff :) just not so great at sorting my own out :( where do you live again??? :rotfl:
Got to get some listing done today...not really done any listing for a few days-apart from relists. Ended up with 4 sales yesterday-just over £10.

Paypal have decided to with-hold some of my money for 21 days. it says 21 days or when buyer leaves feedback-it makes no difference when buyer leaves feedback as they still hold it.
There is a link but when you click on it it says outdated version so the page isn't shown.

Guess I'll just have to be patient, I'm just itching to transfer it and pay some off the mortgage and pay some into savings. :)

    To do this morning:
    post out yesterday's sales
    sort out sharesave-done!
    Sort out photos
    start listing
