Managed 9 new listings in the end last night :)
Mortgage: we have paid off £1842.45-that's a £390.55 shortfall of where we need to be. :( So we're in the yellow.
    Must try harder.
On a positive note, if it wasn't for the MFI3-3 challenge we would have paid off a damn sight less! :D

When I phoned up about the mortgage the guy could not give me a projected end date, he didn't even know how to work out the daily interest.

    That is shocking!!!

Personally I would try and get an emergency fund together as well..although cos of the way our mortgage works we hold ours in our overpayment pot. My emergency fund is now down to the equivalent of a single monthly mortgage payment:o:o:o from almost £18k last year...bonkers but there you go. Don't follow me! :o the economy is in such a dire state I think everyone needs a buffer, it's for peace of mind if nothing else.

See what your bank can do..oh after they have mastered simple maths of course!:rotfl:

    Hi brizzle
    Thank you. :j

    Sorry if I'm a bit awol-playing with my spreadsheet. Thanks GG :T It's brilliant :T and it's very addictive. :j:j :rotfl::rotfl:
Mr tc helped me figure it out and he keeps playing around with different figures too-so hopefully this should spur him on to be more pro-active in this. :j:j

Resist faffing with the spreadsheet! Resist the spreadsheet! Resist the spreadsheet! :rotfl::rotfl:
Need to get my rear in gear-lots of listing to do, photos to take.
Need to get organised I've got 'stuff' all over!

Need to sort out airing cupboard...It seems to be full to bursting with bedding and towels. and we can never find the right bedding when we need it without raving it all out of the cupboard
I think we need to slim it down a bit...the question is. How many sets of bedding do you need per bed? one in cupboard one on bed and one in wash ?(3sets) one on bed and one in wash ? (2 sets) More? all suggestions gratefully received. Thank you x

Got loads of photos done with the help of miss tc2.
now need to seriously get listings done with renewed vigour...
    Been number crunching... and
The sooner I get the house sorted the less cluttered my mind will be also
The more of my clutter I can sell the quicker I can pay the mortgage off
    win-win :D

TC, I have 2 sets of sheets per bed. One in wash, one on bed is more than adequate in my house. I change sheets weekly-every 10 days.

Well done on the mortgage OP's. Impressive :)
