Betty most women usually release the egg between 12-48 hours after their positive OPK. The only way you'd sort of know for certain is by temping as your temp goes up post egg release. Of course by then it's probably a bit too late but once you have a few cycles worth of info you'd know roughly how long you take to release the egg post positive opk.

I think I'm going to go without eating for most of the day today to let my tummy/insides try to fix themselves. Was up sick yesterday morning at 4-5:30, and again last night from 11-2. I hope I haven't caught anything. Blah.
