Thanks Purcy I'm with you on how upsetting a short lp is - didn't realise until started ttc...
Sorry for your 2 mc and hoping for a sticky one for you very soon xxBaby on board - EDD 29th Sept0 -
Possibly TMI: Officially started AF last night (way more than just spotting). Last AF was the one that I transitioned over to the moon cup (or lunar pad as DH keeps calling it...) and so far this month, no cramps! With as sensitive as I am to other types of chemicals, I'm wondering how much is left over in the pads when they bleach the material for them and how much will cause cramping. Just an observation and kinda pondering 'out loud.'
Completely unrelated, I went to Pets at Home to purchase bunny food last Monday. I made 2 mistakes that day. #1, I looked at the rescue animals. #2, I TOLD DH about a little dutch girl bunny that they had that tried to lick her way through her enclosure to reach me. Now he's wanting to walk up there when he gets up today and see if she's still there! What have I done?! DH is wanting a 3rd bunny!!!! Oh well, IF she is still there and IF we can get her, she seems to be more willing to be cuddled than the two we currently have, although Sarah Jane is getting slightly better about cuddling, but she still won't initiate it.
Edited to add: Just called the petstore, the bunny found a home Tuesday. In a way, I'm relieved, and in another way, I know that DH is disappointed. Need to find a way to distract him from it now.0 -
Evening all.
Hope you're all having a lovely weekend. Saw a house today to buy that we fell in love with. But not sure if its not too advantageous for our first house. But it was soooo lovely!
Could I be updated to cd2 please. Wasn't expecting anything different, but it's amazing how your heart can still be broken a little every time.
Hoping for my FS appointment soon. That is what I am holding out for now!0 -
Part Mouse - I don't really have any advice but just wanted to send you massive hugs, hope they get the correct dose sorted soon
Catloverbex - expect you have left already but have a great holiday
purcy - hugs for CD1
Mrs TM - interesting thoughts about chemicals; hugs for CD1. Shame you didn't get the new bunny, but sounds like you have two that keeps you busy
Carrot - hugs for CD2, hope your appointment comes through soon
A general question, maybe I missed something, but has codemonkey been on here lately? Just checking she is ok.
AFM finally BD last night and this morning. As my most recent cycles have been around 33-36 days long, what days do you ladies think I should BD? Today is CD18 so a bit early I think for ovulation. I am not temping and ovk don't seem to work (I used the cheapie ones)0 -
omg - Mrs T - she is lush! My youngest is asking for a rabbit, this could persuade me!
Tia - my cycles when about that length, I have ovulated CD21ish (as this month,,,,). Unfortunately, the expensive OPKs seem to work for me! Typical really.
As for Code - was thinking the same today....got a feeling she went on holiday but prob a couple of weeks ago now...0 -
My cycles are also similar in length... When my body behaves. I ovulated on cd20. Mrs TM... Can you please update me to 2dpo. Sorry on tablet.. I can't change the colour.
The bunny is very cute.
Hope everyone has a lovely Sunday xx0 -

Tia I had longish cycles and although cheapies worked for me id really recommend the clear blue digi ovulation tests that come with the small test holder - not the Cbfm - it's a smaller thing but it does the sane job. You'll get a few days of highs before the peak so you'll get more warning x
P.s when I bought them cheapest place was amazon.0 -
Big congrats Samtoby!
Have just got back from two weeks hol (on which AF caught up with me) so can I please be updated to CD12 please.
Nothing else to report from me.
Was looking at dates earlier and thinking this cycle is probably the last to get a BFP and be 'far gone enough' to tell people before/at Christmas. Does anyone else drive themselves crazy with silly things like this?!
I would love to be pregnant this month so I can tell people at christmas! This is my 4th cycle after my miscarriage so pretty desperate anyway.....
Think I am 1DPO going by opks and my monitor and CM but temps are still low so this might change!
Have had sex last 4 nights in a row and will do again tonight, hoping for a break after tonight!!!
Oh and soooo pleased for samtoby!!!Now a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month0
