Two exciting links in a row, code! I have been using 4g of the powder, so it looks like that would be a lot of tablets. Mmmmmmmm. I might try the muffins though, they look amazing.

As for the acupuncture, it is £40 a session down here, not cheap but so relaxing and helpful for my mind. Up north, it used to be £25 a session via an NHS scheme. I don't think it is going to solve my ttc difficulties, but it helps make me feel better, which can only be helpful, if you get what I mean.

    Evening ladies

Firstly hello new ladies may your stay be short. Try not to worry about irregular cycles, I think very few people are textbook regular. Mine are all over the place and like some of the ladies have said its not unusual to ov at different times in your cycle (anything from CD17 - CD30 in my case) but unless you are going to BD every few days anyway you may find it helpful to use opk's to help pinpoint when you should get jiggy.

PM hugs for your crummy news xx

I did read back but I then immediately forgot most of what I wanted to say its been one of those days!

It sounds like so many people are at various stages with testing (in particular lots of SA's going on) I hope you all get the answers you want and enough information to put a plan in place xx

Hooray code for finally finding a doctor who seems to want to help! I'm so pleased you had a positive appointment and things are moving forwards for you xx

    hugs to all x

I think I read somewhere that its an ingredient in buckweed farinetta and you can make muffins out of it!! That sounds like more fun than pills or powder.

    http://www.soulcysters.net/showthread.php/3872-Yummy-Buckwheat-Farinetta-Muffins-(full-of-d-chiro-inositol)

where do you buy buckwheat farinetta and soy lecithin from? and stevia? I don't even know what they are :rotfl: but muffins sound good!

I have no idea how much powder Ive been taking, I just had a teaspoon full each morning in a glass of juice. Luckily it doesn't seem to taste bad at all.

I ov on day 20 which is good for me. We'll see what happens next cycle.

Hope that's the case for me! Currently on my 10th month TTC (12th cycle). When we started TTC I optimistically thought we might have a baby by now! :o
