Welcome thew newbie :j
Well just glancing through the Daily Mail (yes I have to admit it I do browse everyday - non-chargeable time though Becs!!!)
and I come across this:
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2365312/Jobless-couple-claim-27-000-year-benefits-want-new-council-house-theyve-SIX-children-accident-living-bedroom-flat.html
Is this woman for real?! I'm super fertile and contraception doesnt work. Yeah right.....
What a load of rubbish. Even if that were true there is using a condom every single time and him getting the snip.
Ugh so frustrated today I know AF is coming soon. Why is the 2 ww so long its such a waste of time if it hasn't worked!0 -
Congratulations sjlou! I hope you have a happy, stress free and healthy 9 months!
Welcome Paulashek.
Hugs to those on CD1 and anyone who needs one (Part Mouse have an extra big hug!)
At work at the mo so can't post much but im still waiting to ovulate ( i think) or start CD1. Who knows, not me!
Will try and post later on with a few replys to all of you.

Wow it's hot in here this afternoon.... I can't work out if it's just summer or hot flushes from the inisotol lol! Either way, will be v glad to get home, get undressed and eat ice-pops0

Tea cm I ask have you been taking the inisotol long? And have you noticed its helped in anyway?

Hi PM. I just started it this cycle (CD9) so I'll keep you posted. TBH I can't even remember what it's supposed to do! I read a success story that mentioned it and before I knew it I was on amazon buying some lol.
AFAIR it's supposed to have a similar effect to metformin (which I've been on for ages, and doesn't seem to do anything for me) in regulating cycles.
I'll let you know if I notice anything! I'm far too hot and grumpy to even consider DTD though, so if it makes me ov early it'll be wasted anyway lol.0 -
Tea thanks for the info. Metformin did nothing for me either.its my second month on inisotol so far not noticed any changes. If I could just ov I would have a much better chance than I do ATM. Just about to retread getting pregnant faster to see if there's anything I've missed. Dh has been getting nuts etc in his food and home made smoothies and his sa was still rubbish, he doesn't know what he's been eating though.

Hi Everyone,
I'm nervous writing this. I came off the pill back in April and now we have decided to start trying. We get married in 7 weeks so have decided we may as well start now. I've got it in my head its going to take years. I'm 26 and neither of us have children (been together since we were 17).
Few questions if anyone can help?
I used to take my pill back to back for 3 months, first period was after 43 days, then next one was 35 days, then 34 days. Will I even be ovulating properly as I've only been off pill for 4 months? Also when am I likely to be ovulating?
I probably sound stupid with these questions, but its trying to take it all in.
Thanks everyone.0 -
Welcome newbies!
Congratz on BFP sjlou!
AFM - I OV usually on CD13 but after my cbfm decided to play ball it came up peak! So luckily we BD'd yesterday and looks like another go tonight. Thanks BigZippy for advice! Think I may have just been out of 3 hour window maybe.
Part of me is pleased its early as means we get to try again sooner - I think I have already counted myself out this month lol.
*Edit - Predictive text changed my welcome to 'No Newbies' lol - Sorry newbies0
