DH has the start of his assessments tomorrow. How much do you want to bet I ov when he's too stressed?

Apparently I was molesting him in my sleep last night.

They fluctuate a bit, 24 days last mth 31 mth before (just had copper coil out that mth tho) 25 mth before and 28 mth before that....

Not really helpful is it? Although am I right in thinking if I have a "normal" 14 day lueteal phase then for a 24 day cycle I'd ov on cd10? Just not quite convinced that I am actually 14 days from ov to af.

Hubby been away with work today and tired so looks like no bd tonight!,

    Good morning all.

lolly - in most women the lp doesn't fluctuate (or at least not much), but the period before ovulation can vary widely from month to month. Even if your cycles are like clockwork, you can ovulate earlier or later than the 14th day before AF starts. This is why many of us either use temping, monitors, or ic opks or a combination to help track down ovulation. The 'normal' of 14 days is a complete myth!

Nothing to update for my ttc, but we are having a carpet/upholstery cleaner delivered today as well as an older model singer sewing machine! Found the sewing machine for £40 in the big c charity shop. It's even in a cabinet! :j

I can finally patch my jeans and the duvet cover and we will finally have clean carpet! :j:j

I'll be checking in at random points today if anyone needs anything updated. Hope that everyone has a wonderful day! :)

    Hope he enjoyed it :rotfl:

No update here. Waiting for ov which appears to be coming as I was boiling last night (always a good sign).

Am trying inositol this month, so shall see what happens. I increasingly feel this is never going to happen without help, which then makes me feel despairing so I spend most of my time, unsuccessfully, trying to avoid thinking about ttc.

Oh well, the trial and tribulations of being a woman, hey?

Yeah cd10 would be right if you do have a 14 day luteal phase but unless you know you definitely have that then it could have been a bit later.

I'm guessing your app is then adding on another few days for how long sperm can live for.

Just go with your gut and only use the app to track stuff rather than predict it until you get a regular cycle - if you ever get one that is! :). I certainly don't!

Chelsea - never used the clearblue tests so not sure. Does the holder show the results or is it just to stop you getting wee on your hand?

Hmmm tmi alert - huge glob of ewcm. Officially no idea what my body is doing and would like a new one please.
    claire16c wrote: »
Chelsea if you buy a new box I think you can do either. Use the current holder or just start on a new one I can't see what difference it would make.
I think it says on the instruction leaflet though.

Code I remember I got ewcm & thought wow ov is finally coming so we bd like 3 times or something - and then my temp crashed & AF came. Weirdest cycle ever!

I'm hoping this one will be more normal!

Thank you, I read the instructions (at 6am this morning!) and it said if I buy a new box I can still use the test holder from the old box

CD13 and got a high again this morning, so 4 days of high and no peak yet
