    Kynthia - sounds like a positive appointment. At least you know there's a plan if needed and you're making good steps towards being up the duff by the end of the summer!

    Thanks Ruth - going to have some half caff proper coffee :) Going to be hard this weekend as visiting family member and her children (youngest is just over a year) so hopefully the emotional side of my AF will have decreased by then. Going to start using conceive plus, eating healthier, bd every other day from CD10 this month and cross my fingers!

    Hugs to all that need it (have second hot water bottle of the day, not great when really warm weather too! haha!)
