The vouchers arrived from Clearblue on Thursday though, so been planning how to spend them. .

If you don't mind me asking, what type of vouchers are they? They never said when I spoke to them over the phone. Are they for a specific store(s)?

It is very hot today though (wondering if I'm dehydrated,) so making sure I drink plenty as still have 6 hours till home time.

Huge congratulations Birdie, amazing news! And huge congratulations to you too Lilmissmup! Hope the maternity unit get back to you soon and give you some reassurance.

Hoping this month will be a great month, guessing 8bfps please.

Codemonkey - hugs for af. Hope Scamp is giving you lots of lovely doggie cuddles.

Becca - hope you had a lovely anniversary weekend.

Thanks angeltreats for doing the lists over the weekend.

Part Mouse - hope you're feeling better now.

This feels like the longest 2ww so far, it's just dragging! The vouchers arrived from Clearblue on Thursday though, so been planning how to spend them. Pleased people are getting on well with the trial monitor now. I loved it and would be really tempted to buy one if needed. Have ordered some opk just in case for next month. We usually dtd all over ov time, so it's more for my own curiosity as never 100% sure when I ov - seem to get ewcm and ovary pain for quite a few days.

No news back from them yet, not overly impressed.... was tempted to just rock up there but doctors appt is in a few hours so will wait for that now!

Had my GP appointment this morning. Once I reach 12 months she is going to send me for a laparoscopy and have dye injected through my cervix to see my Fallopian tubes. As I REALLY don't want to have that I am going to do everything to get pregnant by the end of this summer!!! Hubbie is taking his vitamins and using the special bicycle saddle, so I must get more sleep and eat more fruit and veg. IT IS ON!!!!

  • Hi,

Can I join this thread please? :) I've recently joined the MSE website forum and can be found in the Debt Free tab, I've had a little look further and feel like there are other parts of the board that would be good to join. I can't see a waiting to try thread, but if there is one let me know!

Just the background from me-29, DH 32, been with DH for 5 years, got married this past December, and we are now straightening up our finances in order to start TTC. Ultimately we're not try but not preventing at the moment, I'd really like to try properly as soon as husband says we can but he needs to wait until his work contract goes perminant before we do actively TTC.

I find this frustrating but also the responsible route to take. Just taking 6 months longer than I'd like is going to leave us in a much better place financially and emotionally to have children, so while I'm not loving the wait, I'm pleased DH is forcing us to be responsible.

Plus it means we get a bit more "us" time before any babies come along.

So that's enough about me, what do I need to know about the thread roudn here then?
Some times you have to hold back to go forward to where you want to be.

Hello and welcome ILLT. There is a waiting to TTC thread but as you're not preventing you are also welcome here. There's a list on the front page of how long we've all been trying, and the abbreviations we use. If you want to be added, put your information in pink - the same goes for cycle updates. Hope you're not with us too long.
