Bigzippy have you tested then ?? I admit I tested this morning ... on 8DPO... !!!!!! ?? why did i do that ??? I gave up buying glossy magazines last year and was so proud of myself as they were my pitfall, but my poas addiction is costing me nearly as much, really need to stop  !!
Yep, on 11dpo cos I was having a drink that night, and today 13dpo. Both bfn's. I'm currently bargaining with God :o

Let's forget the fact that if the hormones aren't high enough to show on a stick, they're likely not high enough to give symptoms either, though, eh? :p

Forgot to say congratulations hope lass, and any other bfp's I've missed :)

I have just POAS at 7dpo so I hope that makes you feel a little better :o. I am clearly a lunatic! I've been SSing like a crazy woman (my temps have gone up a little, my bbs are sore and I have cramps all things I had last month except for the temp rise- last month it went down straight after ov- so am clearly not preg)... I think I just enjoy torturing myself! :naughty:

Congrats Hopelass- did you do anything different this month? :)

Just found out that one of my workmates who has been suffering from terrible AFs for a long time but had no luck convincing the doctors to help her, she finally had an operation yesterday (I'm guessing a laparoscopy) and they found that one of her ovaries is completely destroyed and there is lots of damage and her chances of having a baby naturally are non-existent. She seems quite upbeat and says they will go straight for IVF but my heart is breaking for her, she is so lovely and is only about my age (early 30s).

Also it has scared me a bit and I'm really glad I bit the bullet and went to the doctor to get to the bottom of my own AF issues, and I'm really thankful that my doctor immediately wanted to help by sending me off for a scan rather than just prescribing painkillers.

Thanks teaandcakeordeath - we bd'd four days in a row before during and after ov (using opks). I didn't really take anything different but (and I don't know if this has any implication at all!) I was drinking a lot of Red Bush (Rooibos) Tea which I believe is full of antioxidants and has no caffeine unlike green tea which does have caffeine in it. That's the only thing I can think of that was different!

  • Thanks Hopelass. I'm totally screwed if caffeine does affect fertility... I'm hooked on black tea and decaff just doesn't do it for me... must buy some rooibos tea.... :)
