    Hi Everyone

Agree weather has been mental here - sun, wind, rain, thunder in the space of about 5 mins yesterday but lovely today - big rainbow this morning :)

I'm off to Glasgow for a week so I might not be on much. Have had a look at the weather forecast for there - a bit mixed. I might have to stay inside The Ashoka (curry place) for quite a while ;)

Claire16c - your hubby sounds lovely doing all that for you :)

Samtoby - hope you got him to do his duty last night :D

Mancbird - couldn't believe your story about getting married - mental! :)

Catloverbex - that's horrible news about your work. Good that you've still got your job but all sounds quite stressful. :(

Sophiasmum - Hope your cycles go quickly back to normal and start popping out those eggs! :)

TTC39 - That's not good, I hate wasted months. Hope he's feeling better before it's too late for this month.

Mincepiemonster - Birthday thought for your DH - you can now get Harry Styles white tops that have all of his tattoos printed on it:rotfl: You could go even further and say he has to wear it before BD and sing Baby you light up my life like nobody else..:rotfl:

Twigpig - Hope you do get lucky. That's what I'm hoping for too as not convinced we did it enough at the right times.

I had a dream last night that DH were renewing our vows in Glasgow (don't know why we'd do that - we have no connection to Glasgow except that I went to uni there) and I was pregnant. Must have been rather early on because I was wearing a very slinky red dress and wasn't showing. Woke up this morning absolutely sure that I am not pregnant so now am feeling a little bit fed up. Never mind though. There's a funny yellow ball in the sky which is making everything bright and warm.

  • CD1 for me.

But on the bright side, I can have wine tonight, and this is the first time I have had two consecutive periods in a year, so I know I am having a regular cycle again (31 days).

That's good news before my appointment next week, right?

Hopefully the mc specialist can give me a magic pill, and I'll get a bfp next month........

    Stay positive girlies.

I'm off to a hair consultation appointment this afternoon, I decided I need a serious pick me up (at the local college, so kind of mse!)

morning! Just packed for a family weekend away - the predicated sun has so far failed to materialise! I intend to undo all the good I have been doing with my running & let the sea breeze (wind?!) blow away the 'cobwebs' & hopefully make me feel better.
Faithhope - I am waiting with bated breath to 'pop' out an egg :) I tend to just look for signs of ovulation - have never temped etc. but there again have never needed to as my cycle was so regular.
Twigpeg - I hope next time I ever report a test that its not BFN! That was a one off occurrence.
Becca - Ill just continue as was with my placing on the lists. I think Team Lowe advised when I should start counting CD1 so Ill just continue and hope I don't get too far down the CDs...
Hope you all have fab weekends - I will be reading but not posting (find it difficult signing in on my phone?!)x

Scan was fine, uterus lining is apparently good, ovaries OK too, follicles are a little small apparently which means I might ovulate late this month. They are trying me on Clomid next month to stabilize me a bit. They are also doing yet more blood tests and have referred me for a tube test.

Its nice to know there is nothing major wrong and that they are listening to me!

    *hugs to those on CD1*

    Hugs to everyone on cd1

No sign of AF yet for me, due today or tomorrow, but after being several days late last month I'm not sure if she'll be on time....so no way I'm going to do a test yet, I'll give her a few more days yet.

Have lots of pms symptoms - bloated, tired etc - really wish they weren't the same symptoms as early preg ones as every month it gives me hope to be tired!

    cwtw - hugs! :)

faithhope - spotted this under your post "forgot twigpig even tho she remembers everyone" :rotfl: Hope that we both get lucky! ;)

codemonkey - :rotfl: "a funny yellow ball in the sky......" :rotfl:

any name will suffice - sorry it's CD1 for you, but it is good news about your cycles. At least regular cycles will give you more opportunities! Are you going to dye your hair purple at your hairdressers appointment? :rotfl:

sophiasmum - Have a great weekend away and you're right, absolutely no more happy BFN's for you :p

picklekin - that's good news from your scan. All pretty positive and I bet you were dreading the worst! :)

loulou123 - I hope AF never shows up! You can't help but see all the symptoms. Sometime I see them even before I've ovulated! :rotfl: Keeping my fingers crossed for you :)
    TTC #3..........

Pickle kin that's great! How long did it take for you to go from initial drs appt to scan?

P.s I am horrified to hear you can buy t shirts with Harry styles awful look like they were drawn on in biro tattoos! I will admit I sing along to some of their songs though!

    Good morning,

10 dpo and no sign of AF yet. Well at least she's not as early as last month. Feel bloated but that's probably because I've trying to eat (even) more to gain a little weight (for my own comfort and to get my boobs back ;). Claire16c, got the same problem. People/doctors think I've got a weight problem whereas I stuff my face all day. Weight just dropped off after DS and was then lower than before without being able to gain. But then your metabolism changes anyway throughout your life. Might be the opposite again in a few years time.

Good luck to all with appointments and scans. Hope you get answers soon xx

Yeah I can't eat big portions but I snack all day. So i dont think i over or under eat. In one job the girl I used to sit next to once was laughing at me because every time she turned to chat with me I'd pulled a new piece of food out of my bag or desk drawer lol! After the mc I did need to put some weight on which I managed by eating insane amounts of ice cream & trying to eat as much as physically possible without feeling sick for a few weeks. I'm now at a very normal weight for me, and my sister is built exactly the same way it's just a genetic thing. So I don't really want to put any on now as it doesn't go on my boobs or infact anywhere above my waist, only on my hips & bum so I'm a size 6/8 up top but 10 on below so if I get any bigger on my bum I'm going to look really out of proportion lol! It would be much easier if the weight went to the top part of my body as well! I'd be down McDonald's if I knew it would go to my boobs lol!
  • Not purple twigpig, I think I left purple hair behind with my 20s.

I keep seeing some fantastic bright reds around at the moment, and I'm not brave enough to do it myself....
