Trying for a Baby Part 9

Hello,
Can I join you? I recognise a few names on here from last time I was on the boards. My son F is now 18 months old (tomorrow!) and we are trying for another baby. I was pregnant around Christmas time, but lost my babywe found out at the 12 week scan that bean had stopped growing at about 6 weeks and I had an ERPC at the end of January. My cycle seems to be back to normal now I think, so we are going to start trying again. I think we are too late for this month though.
Good luck for everyone else who is trying this month too xxx

So how is everyone today? We've had the biggest hail storm and now its gorgeous and sunny!
Claire16c what have they said about your weight? I am at the bottom end of my BMI bracket. Had 21 day bloods taken yesterday and waiting for my ultrasound appt.
I hate all this waiting - why do people have accidents yet us ladies who are trying so hard are still waiting?
x
Same here! Thunder then sunshine!
Well after my mc as I had acces to a gynae dr I asked her about my irregular cycles and she mentioned my weight. Plus I know drs often use weight whether you are under or over as a reason before anything else so I'm paranoid about them fobbing me off with that.
Becca - yeah I'm going to go in at the angle of questioning what's wrong with my cycles as opposed to why aren't I pregnant yet, so I can get tests done for those reasons incase I have to have tried for x years. As I know physically I can get pregnant but I need to be ovulating in order to do that!!
I came home & DH had decorated the house & cooked dinner all in the style of where we got married, he did it the day early so I wouldn't suspect anything! He'd even made a huge cake from the hummingbird book this very complicated cookie/cream/peanut/chocolate one, and got me a film Id been wanting to watch. This is a man who does no cooking!! Really cheered me up after feeling low about ttc.
Mincepie - one direction lol!!!!!
Hi Manc bird, I think I must have joined this board just after you must have left - unfortunately I'm still here! Although in that time I stopped ttc for 8 months and was pregnant for 3 so not as bad as it first sounds considering you have a toddler now! I had the same thing happen to me in December. I'm very sorry to hear it happened to you. Welcome to the thread!0 -

It's funny now but it wasn't when DH stormed off to the spare room at 11.30pm  We made friends pretty quickly but it was because I said 1D were comparable to the BeatlesReminds me of my friend who had to drive home from across the city (around 6 or 7 miles) at 1am because she said Mark Wright seemed a bit of a w*nker ... apparently her fella has a bit of a man crush :rotfl:
