Thanks Teamlowe. She was very happy with my thyroid, rubella and progesterone. However she seems like a very laissez faire person as she also seemed very happy with my cholesterol even though it's over 5. Time for SA, although hubbie belongs to a different surgery so it might take a bit longer to arrange.

I hope everyone enjoys the pleasant weather this weekend. BBQ anyone? :)

  • Hi guys, just checking in before we go out for the day. Was hoping for a rush of BFPs ... still time for a second half of April surge though !! I downloaded a free e-book called The Sperm Meets Egg Plan, it seems pretty simple and common sense but nice to read it written down.

DD was up at 7 this morning due to the sunny morning, so I'm super organised today - picnic is packed, Tesco delivery received and put away, tea for tonight in slow-cooker, kitchen cleaned, washing pegged out, hoovering done and us all washed, dressed and breakfasted ready to go out once she wakes from her nap. I was very naughty though and had a jam donut with my 9.30 cuppa :rotfl:

CD9 today and nothing to report here.

Alice31 – hope the ttc is going good. Have you had any ovulation pains? Do you think you have?

    Thanks :)

I haven't had any pains but my temperature shot up today so I might have ovulated yesterday. Not really sure to be honest!

Teacake I did not know that about sperm (taking 3 months to 'make') told my DH and he was pretty shocked too, good thing we barely ever drink (our last drink apart from the odd one glass of wine at a birthday do being in September last year). Good luck today - hopefully the news will be what you want it to be!

Its been a long week - I agree with whoever it was who said that work is rather inconvenient!

I've been getting really hot flushes this week - I go from feeling normal to feeling burning hot, I-can't-stand-it hot in 30 seconds.. Its awful. I don't feel unwell at all so don't know what its about but its made it a hard week to get through. Luckily I have air con in my office so thats taken a hammering this week!! :( xx
