Lots of us on here buy the home health/ amazon ones. They're a fraction of the price. You just don't get a smiley face(and apparently now flashing lights!). If you want that I'd use cheap ones and when you're not sure of thr result use a clear blue one to get a smiley face. I certainly wouldn't use the clear blue ones for every time you want to test or you'll be bankrupt lol!

Welcome back becca. Hope you had a lovely holiday.

So fed up waiting to ov. Loads of ewcm but opk is negative although getting darker - guessing still got about 5 days to go.

Yesterday before I did the opk I said to DH that I was showing fertile signs. He asked what those are and I felt it best to keep him in the dark. If he cant handle my wee, my cervical mucous would be way too much for him.

Staying up to watch wrestlemania tonight so day off work tomorrow.

Up and down. Just had a big cry about the miscarriage to DH. But past few days been quite positive as I always am around this time hoping I might ovulate at a normal time for once. Hope you had a nice holiday!

Maybe you should ask him what he thinks about making milkshakes/ artwork with the placenta once a baby is born? Then Cm will pale into comparison :rotfl:

I haven't explained properly to DH about it, just that I have 'signs' that mean ov is about to happen.
